We loved everything about our tour. We had never used Big Five for tours and we were so impressed. We have already booked a tour with them to Ecuador in February with our family. This is the biggest vote of confidence a tour company can receive. From the moment we stepped off the plane in Lima to leaving our guide in Cusco, the trip was a success. Never before have we ever been on a tour with such attention to detail. Even our Big 5 representative came and met us at our hotel in Lima and was in constant contact with us to make sure all was well. Every local guide, in Lima, the Amazon, and in Cusco were so knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and professional. We felt so cared for by our guides. They even had snacks for us while we were on the road. I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing our trip was. I would recommend these guides and when we return to Peru, our hope would be to have them again. It is without a doubt that I would recommend Big Five for tours and I can not thank all of them enough for making us feel like family.
