We are all back safely from Africa and have had a few days to rest up and get back on the right time zone. I wanted to thank you for all your help in putting together our amazing trip to Africa. We had such a great time and it truly was a once in a lifetime experience. We appreciate your help in getting us prepared for the trip and for putting together an itinerary that really allowed us to see and experience both the culture of East Africa and the incredible animals who live there. Our accommodations were perfect. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The service was above and beyond. Never have I been treated so well. I have to commend you on your Big 5 staff in Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda. Your people are incredible! They helped to make our experience so special. Please pass on our appreciation to all of them! If we know of anyone traveling to Africa we’ll definitely recommend Big 5.
