“Just wanted to let you know that (guests) have returned from a fabulous trip. They had as they said “The trip of a Lifetime”, it was amazing, not only because of the country and its people but because of the care and detail provided by Big Five.  They were so appreciative of everything, and I have you to thank for that.  I have let everyone in the office know and you are sure to hear from us again, after this we wouldn’t use anyone but Big Five.
